What the service does

statement2sheets converts PDF bank and credit card statements into CSV, Excel, JSON or OFX files. The conversion runs inside your own browser. We do not receive your statements, and we cannot recover, re-send or inspect them on your behalf.

Your documents stay yours

You keep every right to the documents you convert and to the output. You are not granting us a licence over them, because there is nothing to license — we never receive them. Do not use the service on documents you are not authorised to process.

Accounts

Converting a statement needs no account. Pay As You Go credits can be bought without one: the purchase creates an account held in your browser, which you can move onto a Google account at any time by signing in. Until you do, credits bought this way are only reachable from that browser, and clearing its data loses access to them; contact us with your Stripe receipt if that happens. A Pro subscription requires signing in with Google first. You are responsible for the security of the Google account you use.

Plans and prices

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are. The Pro allowance resets at the start of each billing month and does not roll over. Without an account, the free page resets every 24 hours; the 5 free pages for a signed-in account are a one-time allowance. Page credits are separate: they never expire and are spent before a monthly allowance.

Automatic renewal

Pro renews automatically every month and your payment method is charged each time, until you cancel. Pay As You Go does not renew and never charges you again. Free is never charged at all.

You can cancel at any time, without contacting us, from the billing portal linked in your account. Cancelling stops future charges and your plan continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. We will email you a receipt for every charge.

If we change a price, we will tell anyone affected by email before it takes effect, and you can cancel before being charged the new amount.

Refunds

Page credits are refundable in full within 30 days of purchase for any credits you have not spent.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend and have used little or none of that period's allowance, email us within 14 days and we will refund it.

If the service fails to convert statements it should handle, tell us — we would rather fix the parser and refund you than keep money for something that did not work. Refund requests go to [email protected].

Accuracy, and what you should check

Extraction is accurate on supported, text-based statements, and every conversion reports a per-row confidence and a balance check that reconciles the rows against the statement's own opening and closing balances. Those exist because this is a tool, not a substitute for review.

Verify the figures before filing, submitting or relying on them for anything that matters. Scanned statements without a text layer, and some encrypted PDFs, cannot be converted at all; the service says so rather than returning plausible-looking numbers.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to circumvent plan limits, resell access, or otherwise abuse the service. Doing so may result in an account or IP being blocked. We may suspend an account that is causing harm, and will refund any unused credits if we do.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as-is, without a guaranteed level of availability. Because conversion runs in your browser, an outage of this site does not put your documents at risk — but it can stop you signing in or buying.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and contact

If these terms change materially we will update the date above and email anyone with an account. Continuing to use the service after that means accepting the change.
